Dear Sir, I feel that we must write you a short note to express how we feel about our experience of dealing with your company and its workforce recently. During the last week we have had a through floor lift fitted in our home and we found the whole experience to be as stress free and professional as possible. The whole process from initial consultation and home visit, to the final day, was carried out with care and understanding of our needs and to a high level of workmanship. In particular we must thank the fitting crew of Peter, Lee and Andy for their care and attention to detail whilst working in our home and for the condition in which our home was left after the job was completed. We have been left with very little decorating to do and we are very pleased with the final outcome. As for the lift itself we are over the moon with it and have found it to be a very useful piece of equipment and will hopefully do so for many years to come. So once again thank you very much for a wonderful job carried out to a high level of workmanship and finished off to a very high standard.
