The technology on the Flow is ingenious. The single rail system is a simple steel tube, only 8 cm in diameter. The “soft start/stop” system guarantees a smooth start and arrival. The flow also has self diagnostic technology, which ensures you always complete your journey.
| Enjoy the comfort
The stairlift seat is designed with the latest technology . When you reach the landing, the unique swivel mechanism is operated by the lightest touch on the swivel lever which is conveniently located within easy reach on either side of the chair. This enables you to confidently move away from the stairs and get off safely.
Peace of mind
As you ride in quiet comfort, safety sensors automatically stop the lift for any obstructions found. You will appreciate the fact that the seat and footrest fold easily and compactly when not in use. This feature leaves plenty of room even on the narrowest of staircases. The rail does not attract dust and can be kept clean with normal cleaning materials. | |
| Simple to use
You call the Flow from the cordless call/send stations fixed to the wall upstairs and downstairs. We have designed a special, easy to use joystick, which is also your stairlift key. The rail is contoured to the wall leaving plenty of space for other stair users.
Special design suits virtually all staircases
Whether you have multiple landings or unusually shaped steps, we can respond to your every request. The Flow can be custom crafted to fit virtually any stairway configuration, riding on either the inside or outside path of the staircase. To save space at the top or bottom of the stairs, we can also add an extra bend, letting you park “around the corner”. (see diagrams on next page for more detail). | The Versatility of Flow
